First Hour of BIOSHOCK REMASTERED with Reshade & 2300 New Textures MOD
Recorded on same PC via Nvidia Shadowplay, Playing at 3840x2160p Native with Max Settings.
Two transformative mods are the RealMaster Post Processing lighting enhancements and the HD Texture Pack (2300 New Textures)
I am using default brightness in this game.
The lighting part of the post processing mod is really standout, with or without the SSR component. It's worth using. This particular Reshade carries a performance hit though.. but you should already be at a high fps with modern GPU's so it's typically fine.
The screen space reflections specifically from the Post Processing Reshade mod can be turned off within the Reshade app after you are in game, Some people find them a bit TOO much, and I'm one of them.. I disabled it because it applies mirror like reflections to leather briefcases and other props.
How to Disable SSR Reflections from the MOD (Game still has its own SSR)
Hit the 'END' key to bring up Reshade after you've loaded the game, Disable/Detick the "SSR" Screenspace Reflections and hit 'END' again. Done.
