First Impression: Lone Survivor

I'm not yet sure how to feel about Lone Survivor. On the one hand, I'm intrigued by figuring out the story. On the other hand the controls are wildly different from any other game similar in theme. The art style also makes it quite difficult to give a proper play. It's something that might work on a 5" screen, but it's very difficult to make out things, even reading the text, on a 24" screen. Whenever something came up to read I caught myself looking over to my second monitor where I could better see it in the small Open Broadcaster preview window.
It plays a lot like a point and click adventure, but with more action elements. But the lack of any options to perhaps switch to windowed mode and reduce the window size to a more legible frame, or reconfigure the controls to a way that makes some sense to someone who's been playing video games on computers for over 20 years... I don't know that I see myself continuing with this one, unfortunately. There is a way in-game to reduce the aspect ratio, which looked like it had the effect of making the screen smaller. If it allows you to go small enough I might be able to get over the lack of control customization.
