From its visual design to its shooting mechanics and enemy variety, I break down what works and what doesn't in Operator 8. But Operator 8 isn't just a run and gun game, it also has a lot of atmospheric exploration and moodiness that adds to the overall experience. However, there are some frustrating flaws, such as the checkpoint system and the lack of variety in the environment. Despite this, Operator 8 manages to surprise with its world-building files and combat balance. If you're a fan of dark and moody FPS games, Operator 8 might be worth checking out
