How's it going everyone, in this First Impressions RPG Maker MV video we take a look at a game by Lord Macbeth called "The Last Summer." This is an interesting narrative adventure with the context of playing as a 10 year old boy who is trying to deal with many aspects of growing up and how his mind plays tricks on him. The game has some beautiful maps and art work. The game doesn't have a huge number of maps, but what it lacks in quantity, it makes up in quality. The dialog is well written, however there are some grammar errors and capitalization errors. This game has no official battle system, which for the most part I think was the right call. I'd much rather have no combat system than a bad combat system.

I had to record this twice because the first time I recorded a black screen for an hour and nine minutes while I thought I was recording the playthrough. It was audio-only and black screen, so unfortunately I had to re-record after I'd already beat it. It wasn't a big deal but shaved off about 20 minutes of exploration from the first one.

I would highly recommend this game to anyone interested in adventure games, visual novels, or for people who want to see some nice looking maps. Check this game out if you get a link, and as always, thanks for watching! :)
