How's it going everyone, in this First Impressions video we take a look at a fun turn-based strategy rpg video game from Low Magic Studios, called "Low Magic Age." This game is pretty interesting and has a decent layer of depth already, but it's still in early access with many of the features unavailable. I picked this game up on a steam sale and it was only around $2 US. There are many features like building your own party of characters with a very Dungeons and Dragons style of game design. The game's max resolution is only 1680x1050, which I thought was kind of odd, not allowing 1920x1080 for this style of game, but maybe they didn't have the up-scaled artwork. Either way, the game only has Arena Mode right now but it's pretty cool that you can fight 3-5 fights then a boss battle for better loot. The overall gameplay is highly focused on character development via steady progression of exp and gear. The core gameplay loop is solid and it's a good start for a project with good potential in the future. I hope Low Magic Studios keeps working on this project for a long time and makes this into something amazing. Thanks for watching! :)
