The game presents you with a timer that constantly increases the difficulty level of the game- as the timer goes up, you must collect upgrades for your character to keep up with the difficulty and not become overwhelmed. It seems easy at the beginning, but very quickly each run devolves into an insanely difficult nightmare. The game controls well, and the idea that each run might provide you with the overpowered combination of items you need makes this a game that you can easily sink a few hours into without noticing.
