First Look - Warmachine: Tactics - Ep. 1 - OBS Battle!
32*Note* Warmachine: Tactics is in Early Access on Steam and is in a beta format. It's very playable and quite impressive as is, but it's not the completed product just yet. :)
Time for another First Look, this time at Warmachine Tactics. What is Warmachine Tactics? It's a Tactical Turn-Based Squad Based Strategy game. The War Casters control gigantic machines known as Warjacks. You have a squad of soldiers, your War Caster, and Warjacks and you do battle against other squads in the skirmish mode, other people in multiplayer, or you can run through the story of the game in the single player campaign. The graphics are really well done, you have freedom of movement around the battlefield, you can zoom in, rotate around and see the battle unfold from any angle. If you're a Turn-Based Strategy fan, Warmachine Tactics should definitely be on your list!
I also want to make mention that my recording software has some issues with the game. I'll do some more coverage when the issue is resolved. Sorry if I couldn't full show off the game right yet. (Trust me, I will do more coverage of the game pre-release and a full LP after.)

My thanks to Whitemoon Dreams for creating this masterpiece. There were several years where the Turn Based Strategy genre was a bit stagnant and only a few games were worth anything. I'm so glad to see more companies bolstering the ranks of the TBS Sect!
