I was not expecting the beginning of this game to hit so hard. I should’ve known something traumatic was coming. I mean, the first game opened with Joel losing his daughter, but I never imagined Joel and Ellie would actually be separated. I couldn’t keep going after that moment. Joel was hands down the best character, and I loved the bond he shared with Ellie.

All I can hope for now is that Ellie gets the chance to avenge his death in the most brutal way possible. Watch out, Abby! Ellie and I are coming, and all our morals are out the window. You better hide and sleep with one eye open.
