Sorry I forget to write in video to Marinate the fillet 30 minutes before frying

Ingredients:


2 kg boneless fish
(cut it finger size if you like to make Fish Finger)

FOR MARINATION:

1 packet of National Fish Masala or any brand
2 tbsp of garlic paste
2 tbsp of ginger paste (this is; optional if you like to put)
half cup of lemon juice


cooking oil
corn flour (this is optional if you like your fish fillet to be more crunchy.

Just mix all the mixture for marination then marinate it for 30 minutes.

Coat it with dry cornflour (optional)

Fry it in high fire. Make it brown & put in a plate which has table napkin on top to absorb excess oil.

Dip it in Soya sauce with lemon or Mayonnaise or vinegar. Its all your choice.
