FISHERMEN in the US have hailed a "one in two million" catch after landing a stunningly unusual and vivid blue lobster.

A photo of a blue lobster was posted on Twitter by Swedish technology entrepreneur and physiological chemistry specialist Lars-Johan Larsson. People reacted to the amazing news and image of the blue lobster being captured on social media. He added with it: "This blue lobster was caught off the coast of Portland yesterday and returned to the water to continue to grow. Blue lobsters are one in two million."
