Fitbit Inspire HR after four months, 001 error!

Unfortunately, nearly four months later, the screen went blank on my Fitbit Inspire HR. It would occasionally vibrate and look like it was going to reset then display an EJEMG2DC 001 error code. I am thinking it’s a software defect. I did find that some people were able to fix it by going through the reset process but it eventually came back. Some also said that changing the watch face before resetting helped. I couldn’t get that far with mine. Anyone out there run into this? I really like this device and you can find the link to my three month review below. Thankfully, Fitbit has great customer service and it comes with a 1 year warranty.
