So in this episode I'm doing some cardio burning. Had one meal today before 5pm and from now on just burning off the calories to lose even more weight. I'm using a app called FitXR and it's a excersise cardio workout app for the Oculus Quest. I'm using it to burn more weight than I intake in as of food.
