While out trading in 'The Horns' section of town, Dex is noticed by some local Enforcers, the local Cops! One of them just happens to recognize him from a previous posting, and recalls that Dex has some explaining to do regarding some evidence that went missing...

Trying to reduce video length, so we shall start splitting the 5PFH Missions into two parts.
Part 1 will have the Pre-Battle, and Part 2 will have the Battle and Post-Battle.
