Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Perform clean installation of graphic card driver

Step 3) Run the game on dedicated graphics, disable integrated graphics card, roll back
Step 4) Use Intel Driver & Support Assistant
Step 5) Try -dx12/-dx11 in launch options
Step 6) Rename the config file (All saved settings will be lost), rename the save game files, create a backup first (All the save game progress will be lost)
Step 7) Try launching the game from Nvidia App, optimize the game, if already optimized, revert the optimization. Debug mode, restore the settings
Step 8) Try power save mode, disable/Enable hardware accelerated GPU scheduling
Step 9) Install Visual C++ Files

Step 10) Disable/Enable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it to default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner
Step 11) Lower down monitor refresh rate from 240hz to 120hz/60Hz
Step 12) Increase the Virtual Memory

Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 13) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 14) Skip this step if not able to launch the game, if able to launch the game the game, try windowed mode and lower down video settings
Step 15) Update System BIOS
Step 16) Run the game from the game installation folder, use start_protected_game exe to launtry running as an administrator, disable full screen optimization, try compatibility mode
Step 17) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program Avast, norton, bit defender, McAfee, Comodo/Windows Security & firewall
Step 18) Start EasyAntiCheat service, uninstall & reinstall EasyAntiCheat, if you receive EasyAntiCheat error, restart PC
Step 19) Verify the game files
Step 20) Unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect external keyboard/mouse (disconnect keychron/razer huntsman keyboard) , remove the undervolt
Step 21) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
