Step 1) Use EA App to launch the game, close origin first

Step 10) Disable in game overlay in Origin or Steam and also close other overlay applications
Step 11) Run the game as an administrator
Step 12) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 13) Update Windows – use media creation tool to update Windows

Step 14) Repair or Verify the game files
Step 15) Perform clean boot, close all the overclocking apps, also close all the apps running in the background.
Step 16) Make changes in game graphics settings: If able to launch the game, try Windowed mode, lower down graphics settings
Step 17) Uninstall, delete the game folder, reinstall the game to another drive SSD if available
