Step 1) Disconnect and reconnect the Controller
Step 2) Restart Mass Effect Legendary Edition
Step 3) Disconnect additional joystick, HOTAS throttle and stick, disconnect all external USB devices
Step 4) Disable HID-compliant game controller in device manager and restart your PC
