How To Fix Skype Webcam/Camera Not Working on Windows 10, Fix video not working on Skype
Step 1) Select the right Camera device in Skype
Step 2) Close all the applications that utilize the camera including websites utilizing your camera.
Step 3) Make sure camera is allowed in Windows 10 privacy settings
Step 4) Re Register Your Camera
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsCamera | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Step 5) Turn Off your antivirus program temporarily
Step 6) Make changes in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform
EnableFrameServerMode
Step 7) Update your camera driver from system manufacturer website
Step 8) Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of skype from Skype website or Microsoft store https://www.skype.com/en/
