I get the following error message/notification while try to access reliance MyJio app for checking the data/calls/sms/wifi usage limits in my new android:

Connection to a Jio 4G network is required to automatically sign you in.

Please ensure your wifi is turned off and mobile data network is set to Jio 4G.

This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and naugat also and this error is mainly occurred in reliance jio sim card exactly in MyJio app.




Some error occurred devices are samsung,asus,black berry,vivo,oppo,asus zenfone,panasonic,one plus one,htc,htc one,micromax,lenovo,nexus,google pixel,yureka,redmi,gionee,genymotion,samsung galaxy and note devices,lyf, and sometime iphone also.



This solution is also common for tamil,telugu,malayalam,hindi also.

Solution:

1.Goto your settings-sim management.

2.Click to open "Data connection" and choose data connection as "Jio 4G".

3.Now again try to access your myjio app and check your usage limit.

4.The problem is solved.

5.This type of error is only occurred dueto the wrong data connection sim card.
