How To Fix CS2 Error CRenderDeviceDx11::CreateDevice(): This Application Requires DX11, No Valid Device Found!
Step 1) Clear Launch Options parameters in Steam
Step 2) Launch the game from the game installation folder
Step 3) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 4) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 5) Plug the display cable to the dedicated graphics card slot
Step 6) Verify the integrity of you game files
Step 7) Update System BIOS and other drivers from system manufacturer website
Step 8) Try launching the game on another monitor (If available)
Step 9) Install DirectX:

Step 10) Update Windows 10/11, use Update media creation to update Windows
