Step 1) Change the resolution in ACMirage.ini file. Try changing the value WindowMode to 0/1/2 in ACMirage.ini
Step 2) If able to launch the game, start game, go to options/screen/Display/Primary/Active Monitor/don't use default one, Choose the monitor you are using. Do not use duplicate/extend option if you have multiple monitor setup, try disconnecting multiple monitor
Step 3) Verify the game files
Step 4) Do a clean installation of Graphics card driver

Step 5) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 6) Rename Assassin's Creed Mirage folder in Documents folder, doing this will create a new Assassin's Creed Mirage folder, you will lose all the game progress, you have to start everything from scratch
Step 7) Delete Assassin's Creed Mirage folder in Documents folder, you will lose all the game progress, you have to start everything from scratch
