Steps to Fix DEATHLOOP Error 0xC000001D (Illegal Instruction) Occurred In Thread DEATHLOOP
Step 1) Restart steam, let the update complete and then launch the game
Step 2) Refund the game on Steam and buy it from Bethesda.
Step 3) Move/Reinstall the game to C drive, you can also try different drive, try SSD
