If you use a TV as a monitor or you want to display your computer screen on your TV you will run into an overscale issue where your desktop display will not fit the screen correctly, this is called overscaling. This is a very common issue which can be fixed either in your TV settings or via your graphics card settings. So if you're using Nvidia or AMD it can be changed.
