Fix ELEX 2 crash to desktop (CTD), freezing, FPS drop, Stutters & Black Screen problem on PC
Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Put -dx11 in launch options, Add -dx11 to the shortcut exe file
Step 3) Allow the game exe file to antivirus program/Windows Security
Step 4) Do a clean installation of graphics driver https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/ https://www.amd.com/en/support
Step 5) Verify the game files
Step 6) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder
Step 7) Run the game on the dedicated graphics card
Step 8) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 9) Install DirectX https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=35
Step 11) Install Visual C++ files: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-160
Step 12) If you have Windows 10 N Edition: Install Media Feature Pack
Step 13) Unplug Multiple monitors, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services in task manager, remove the undervolt, do not overclock, close all the overclocking application, disable Steam Overlay and close other overlay apps, perform cleanboot
Step 14) Run the game in windowed mode & lower down graphics settings
Step 15) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive.
