Fix Error Code 0x80242020 On Microsoft Store When installing games/apps on Windows 10/11 PC
Step 1) Try installing it to different drive, try both C: and D: drive

Step 2) Rename WpSystem folder

Step 3) Use Xbox App if installing games from Store

Step 4) Make sure date time, time zone, region is correct, log out and log in on Microsoft Store

Step 5) Update Windows, click on get updates

Step 6) Run Powershell Command:
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Step 7) Run wsreset command

Step 8) Repair/Reset MS Store

Step 9) Uninstall and reinstall store
Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage
Reboot your computer
Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Step 10) Start all these services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service

Step 11) Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache Files
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe

Step 12) Run inetcpl.cpl command

Step 13) Use media creation tool to update Windows 11/10
