Fix error saving contact | error while saving contact | contacts not deleting in android phone

How to solve contacts not deleting from android :
1.One of my subscriber ask to me,why some contacts are not deleted from my mobile and what is the meaning of this issue?.
2.This issue occurs for deleting contacts on both the SIM card and Google account storage.
3.So if you like to fix this issue,just open your settings menu.
4.And goto Apps - Manage apps.
5.Here you can locate that contacts app and click to open it.
6.Now you can click to "Clear data".
7.So i hope if you follow this simple steps,finally this problem is solved in permanently.
