At same time if you like to use pc,just visit that website and then easily change it,so there is possible to change that bracket name by without app.
But there is not possible to change the name and photo in other person.

How to change truecaller id name permanently :
1.One of my subscriber ask to me,how can i change if truecaller is showing wrong name?.
2.This is very simple,and here i show the steps by using the truecaller mobile app.
3.So just open that application in your mobile.
4.And then press that profile picture icon.
5.Now it shows your display name,so if you like to edit this name just press "Complete your profile".
6.And then enter your first name as well as last name.
7.And there is possible to change your phone number to another one.
8.Which means that you can use dual sim like sim 1 and sim 2.
9.But there is not possible to use primary and second sim at a time.
10.So after you change it,and don't forget to save this changes.
