How to get EyeTV4 working with macOS Ventura, Fix EyeTV4 error with macOS Ventura
Step 1) Use little antenna that was included in the box.
Step 2) Go to the Geniatech web site support https://www.geniatech.eu/support/eyetv-t2-hybrid-en/ Install eyetv 4 (Build 8528) which is Ventura compatible.
Step 3) Look at Finder on the left-hand side menu and you may see 8528 images displaying under Locations. Drag EyeTV app into the Applications folder and follow the on-screen instruction.
