Fix Can't Save Baldur's Gate 3 Game Is Currently Syncing
Step 1) Turn off Cross Save in the in-game settings, then restart the game
Step 2) Turn off steam cloud then restart the game.
Step 3) Delete the save game files (You will lose all the game progress), mods, disable Steam cloud, verify the game files, launch the game and do not enable Cross Save
Step 4) Launch game in Vulkan mode
Create a random new game, just a random character, then save the game
Quit game and relaunch with DirectX11, create your Character (Try it again with a random character) and then save the game
