Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) End "EA" and "EA Background Process" from task manager
Step 3) Close EA App and then Repair EA App
Step 4) Use Origin to repair EA App

Step 5) Clear EA App cache- Run EA App Recovery as administrator
Step 6) Delete Hardware Settings Folder, if that does not work delete the save game files (You will lose all the game progress)
Step 7) Launch the game in VR mode
Step 8) Make sure date, time, time zone and region is correct in windows settings
Step 9) Allow the game exe file to antivirus program/Windows Security
Step 10) If able to launch the game, set priority to High/Realtime for game exe in the task manager, select Windowed Fullscreen, turn off DLSS, ray tracing,, turn off motion blur, disabling NVidia reflex, change Anti-Aliasing to AMD FX/TAA in the antialiasing section, also lower down graphics settings
Step 11) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 12) Roll back graphics driver
Step 13) Install Nvidia Studio driver
Step 14) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 15) Restart G Hub and the game
Step 16) Verify the game files
Step 17) Login to EA website and then launch the game https://www.ea.com/games/f1/f1-23
Step 18) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode, disable Full-screen Optimizations, Uncheck Administrator in EA App exe, if already unchecked then try launching the EA app as an administrator
Step 19) Wheel & Pedals Users: disconnect and reconnect the wheel's USB when the game running (try multiple times), put damper setting to 1 if it set to 0, game is unplayable when USB pedals are attached directly to a USB port, Connect the pedals directly into the wheelbase, just unplug/unhook the usb from pc and start the game, if you have Pedals with an RJ12 port connect the pedals using RJ Cord to the wheel base. Do not use the USB, Update Wheel & Pedals Drivers, restart the PC https://support.thrustmaster.com/en , if using Shifter, unplug shifter, Restart PC, Start the game
Step 20) VR Users: Reinstall Steam VR, turn off Stencil Mesh in the VR options.
Step 21) Install Visual C++ Files https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-160
Step 22) Disconnect Additional joystick, controllers, disconnect multiple monitors, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disable EA/Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application (MSI Afterburner, rivatuner etc.),Disconnect multiple monitors, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt, perform clean boot
Step 23) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 24) Update your Windows
Step 25) Update System BIOS
Step 26) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive (Try SSD first)
