This is a very quick and easy, step by step walkthrough on fixing the Facecam jitter problem that happens to a lot of folks. If your Facecam video has stutter, jitter or seems to pause or jerk, and your computer meets the minimum requirements to run the El Gator camera hub software, then this tip will fix your problem.

The El Gato Facecam is a terrific camera for recording or streaming but it can have occasional stutter, jitter or skipping. Using the "secret" settings menu you can eliminate the cause of your stutter, jitter or skipping by changing the USB Transfer mode.
