Fix Minecraft/Roblox game not opening File System Error (-2147416359) On Windows 10/11, Fix Microsoft Store Installed game/app not opening File System Error (-2147416359)
Step 1) Make sure you are logged with same account on Xbox App and Microsoft Store, Make sure date and time, time zone and region are correct
Step 2) Run Windows Store Troubleshooter & Update Troubleshooter
Step 3) Clear store cache Using wsreset command
Step 4) Repair/Reset Store app, also repair and reset the app/game which is giving you the error message
Step 5) Update Windows
Step 6) Delete Windows Store local cache file: C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
Step 7) Run Powershell command to re-register store
Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 8) Uninstall & Reinstall Store
Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage
Reboot your computer
Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 9) Run inetcpl.cpl command
In Advanced Tab
Check Use TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3
Step 10) Minecraft Launcher player install the game from website, try installing Windows 7/8 version
