Fix PlayStation 5 controller intermittent connection Issue On Windows 10/11, Fix PS5 Controller Connection problem on PC, Fix PS5 Controller Connection issue on PC
Go to Bluetooth devices and disconnect ITE Device (number) and Wireless Controller
Then on the controller, when its off, Press and hold the PS5 Home button + Share (Create Button) until it starts blinking very quickly
Now in Bluetooth devices add a new wireless controller.
Now the controller should remain connected.
If issue still persist then remove PS5 controller and add it again
