Fix for Streamlabs OBS Skipped (Skipping) Frames (Run AS ADMINISTRATOR)
5The Fix IS to run Streamlabs OBS as an administrator. I had been doing that and just stopped without realizing it. The video shows multiple ways to run as administrator.
