Step 1) Restart Your PC
Step 2) Do a clean installation of graphics driver:

Step 3) AMD Users: Install AMD Halo Game Ready Beta Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/RN-RAD-WIN-HALO-INFINITE-MP
Step 4) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program or Windows Security, disabling and uninstalling the antivirus temporary has worked for many users, you can try this but at your own risk
Step 5) Steam Users: Allow the game exe to antivirus program or Windows Security and then verify the game files
Step 6) Run game as an administrator
Step 7) Run the game in Compatibility Mode for Windows 8- Skip this step this may prompt you to update Windows 10
Step 8) Disable Steam overlay and close all the overlay application
Step 9) Unplug the controller, launch the game with only keyboard and mouse connected, plug in the controller once you successfully enter the game.
Step 10) Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center
Step 11) End dump tool service in task manager after you launch the game
Step 12) Launch the game without High-Resolution Texture pack
Step 13) Set the Windows resolution to 1920 * 1080
Step 14) Unplug multiple monitors
Step 15) Update Windows to the latest version using update assistant or media creation tool

Step 17) If you have Windows 10 N Edition: Install Media Feature Pack and restart your PC If your Windows version 1903 and above then open Windows Settings/Apps/Optional Features/Add a feature/type media feature pack in search box/now put a check on the box for media feature pack and click on install on the bottom

Step 18) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 19) Make sure Date, Time, Time Zone and Region Is Correct On your PC
Step 20) Make sure you are logged in with same account on Microsoft Store and Xbox App
Step 21) Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app and login again
Step 22) Run these powershell command
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Step 23) make sure gaming service and Xbox identity provider is installed

Uninstall remains of gaming service
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Install Gaming service

Step 24) Perform clean boot, close all the overclocking and background application
Step 25) Launch the game in Windowed mode, turn off minimum framerate function, turn off v sync, lock the frame rate at 120 or 60
Step 26) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive.
