Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Make sure Xbox App is running in online mode
Step 3) Select the right region and make sure date & Time, Time Zone is correct, login with same account on Xbox app and Microsoft store
Step 4) Delete Xbox device key from Windows credential
Step 5) Enable multiplayer in Xbox Account in privacy settings

Step 6) Go to:
C:\Users\ Your User Name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker
Step 7) Start all these services
IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Step 8) Run this command
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
Step 9) Windows 10 users- Enable Nat type
netsh int teredo set state disable
netsh int teredo set state type=default
netsh int teredo set state enterpriseclient
netsh int teredo set state servername=teredo.remlab.net
Step 10) Allow the game exe file to antivirus program or Windows security
Step 11) Disable manual proxy
Step 12) Run Network Troubleshooter
Step 13) Run these commands
Ipconfig /flushdns
Ipconfig /release
Ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Step 14) Perform Network Reset- Make sure you have the WIFI password
Step 15) Switch to a different network
Step 16) Use Ethernet connection
Step 17) Verify the game files or update the game
