Microsoft Defender Offline Scan Won't Scan

In this video, I will be showing you a few different things that you can do which will hopefully fix Windows Microsoft Defender offline scan not working on your PC or laptop. If you are trying to run an offline scan in Microsoft defender to then discover that it's not doing anything (normally you would get a message saying Windows 10 is about to restart to do the offline scan), then try each method I show in this video. After each method try running the Microsoft defender offline scan and see if it fixed it and hopefull,y you will be able to do your offline scans once again!
