Fix Minecraft Launcher Not Installing Installer Error Please Continue In The Microsoft Store We Are Having Trouble Communicating With The Store
Step 1) Run Gaming Services Repair Tool
Step 2) If installing from Microsoft Store try installing it from Xbox App, if using Xbox App then try installing game from Store
Step 3) Login with same account on Store and Xbox App, make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
Step 4) Run WSRESET command
Step 5) Download it from Minecraft Website, try legacy version as well

Step 6) Run this powershell command

Step 7) Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache Files

Step 8) Repair/reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App
Step 9) Update Store/ Xbox App from store library
Step 10) Install Xbox identity provider and Gaming services

Uninstall remains of gaming service

Install Gaming service:

Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming services
Windows Update
Microsoft install service
Step 12) Update Windows
Step 13) Uninstall and reinstall Xbox App/Store

Reboot your computer
