Create desktop shortcut and launch Minecraft launcher as an administrator using desktop shortcut
Delete Microsoft Store Local Cache Files

Run this command

Try legacy version of Minecraft Launcher: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Delete the content of TokenBroker folder and try again
Step 1) Restart your PC and try again
