This may be due to a slower refresh rate on one monitor.

Open Settings -\ Display

Click Identify to determine which of the monitors is the affected one.

Go to Advanced display

Click the Display dropdown and select the monitor in question.

In the ‘Choose a refresh rate’ section change the rate to 60 Hz

Select ‘Keep changes’
