Step 1) Run the game on dedicated graphics card, desktop users make sure HDMI/Display cable is connected to the dedicated graphics card slot not to the motherboard slot
Step 2) Change Refresh rate to 60 Hz/as per your monitor refresh rate in video settings file
Step 3) Switch to full screen mode, try native resolution
Step 4) Turn On/off V Sync in game and lower down Display resolution, video settings, switch to windowed mode
Step 5) Press Alt+ Enter, spam Alt + Enter
Step 7) Change Windows Display refresh rate to 60 Hz
