Step 1) Restart steam.
Step 2) Restart your PC
Step 3) For the Script Error just press "Yes" and ignore it, it is a browser engine error.
Step 4) Run Steam as an Administrator
Step 5) Make Sure you are an Administrator on your PC to play PS02

Step 7) Reset game settings
Step 8) Close all background application, disable start up applications, overlay apps (Discord, GeForce) or overclocking apps (MSI Afterburner, Riva tuner etc.), make sure only the game is running
Step 9) Perform clean boot
Step 10) Update Windows 10
Step 11) Do a clean installation of graphics card driver
Step 12) Uninstall and reinstall the game
Step 14) Install the game from Microsoft Store
