40Steps to Fix Horizon Zero Dawn Error Unfortunately the game has Crashed, Fix Horizon Zero Dawn Crashing on PC, Horizon Zero Dawn Error 0xc000007b, MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll

Step 1) Restart Steam
Step 2) Allow the game to your Antivirus program and controlled folder access in Windows Security- DISCLAIMER: Disable antivirus or Windows Security controlled folder access AT YOUR OWN RISK. Disabling it is my personal choice and I will not be held personally responsible for any threats or harm to your system.
Keep in mind that if you disable it, your device may be vulnerable to threats and make sure to enable it after playing the game.
Step 3) Run steam and the game as an administrator
Step 4) Manually Set the Virtual memory (This has worked for many players)- So, in this system I have 8 GB (1 GB = 1,024 MB x 8 = 8192 MB) of memory. 16 GB (16x1024)- 16384
Step 5) Perform cleanboot
Step 6) Close all the overlay (Discord, GeForce Experience) and overclocking apps (MSI Afterburner, Riva tuner etc.)
Step 7) Disable Steam's FPS Counter and Overlay.
Step 8) Run steam and the game as an administrator
Step 9) Do a clean installation of graphics driver: https://www.nvidia.in/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-in
Step 10) Roll back Nvidia driver to 446.14 version: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/ (This worked for me)
Step 11)Install Microsoft visual C++ files both x86 and x64: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads - This will fix Error 0xc000007b, MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll
Step 13) Run the game as an admin from the game folder
Step 14) Laptop users with dual graphics card- Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 15) Switch to Borderless screen.
Step 16) Verify the game files in Steam
