Steps to Fix Startup Error c:\user\username\AppData\roaming\Microsoft\windows\Helper.exe

open Task Manager
On the Startup Tab look for anything relating to this file - Helper.exe
If you find something related, select it, mak a right click and 'Disable'

Press Windows + R to open the Run box
Type msconfig in the run box and hit enter
Click on the Services Tab of the resulting dialog
Check the box 'Hide all Microsoft Services'
Look for anything relating to this file - Helper.exe
If you find it, uncheck it
Click Apply and Reboot

If the issue still persists, download autoruns and try the steps shown in the video and delete the entry related to Helper.exe.
