Fix System Shock LowLevelFatalError,D3D Device being lost, Unreal Engine UE4 Error, Fix Fix System Shock cannot go past the splash screen, freezing & Black Screen On PC
Step 1) Restart computer
Step 2) Rename OpenXR Folder
Step 3) Add -nohmd, -ngxdisable, -dx11 or -dx12 in launch options
Step 4) Try uninstalling VR software, try temporarily uninstalling the oculus software.
Step 5) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, also try running the game in compatibility mode
Step 6) Disconnect multiple monitors, disconnect additional Controller, disconnect Hotas, pedals, steering wheel, joystick, Logitech wheel, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy unplug all the USB devices, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 7) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 8) Delete the save game files (This will result in loss of game progress)
Step 9) Verify the game files
Step 10) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 11) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 12) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 13) Close all the overlay apps, close all the overclocking application, perform clean boot

Step 15) Update your Windows
Step 16) Try Windowed mode and lower down graphics settings
Step 17) Update System BIOS
Step 18) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive (Try SSD first)
