Microsoft Photos app opening images or pictures very slow, Fix Photo or image Viewer taking very long time to load any image file or picture

Step 1) Update Windows 10
Step 2) Clear Microsoft Store cache using wsreset command
Step 3) Reset Photos app
Step 4) Update Photos app in Microsoft Store
Step 5) Run Windows store troubleshooter
Step 6) Reinstall Windows 10 Photos App

get-appxpackage Microsoft.Windows.Photos | remove-appxpackage

Restart your PC

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Step 7) Run DISM command
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Step8) Perform Cleanboot and disk cleanup
