Fix Error Some Settings Are Managed By Your Organization While Updating Windows 10
Step 1) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
Delete folders under Windows Update
Step 2) For Windows 10 Pro
Make changes in Group Policy Editor
Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Update/Do not include drivers with Windows Updates
Enable it and then set it to Not Configured
Data Collection and Preview Builds/Allow Telemetry
Enable it under options select 3- Full/Optional, now Hit Apply and Ok
Open CMD as administrator
type in gpupdate /force
Go back to Group Policy Editor and set Allow Telemetry to Not configured again
Now again open Open CMD as administrator and type in gpupdate /force

For Windows Home
Go to Privacy/Diagnostic and Feedback
Select Full/Optional
Restart your PC and then select Basic Once again
