Fix WWE 2K23 Not Launching Crashing, Freezing & Black Screen Issue On PC
Fix WWE 2K23 Crash, crash to desktop (CTD),crash on startup, freeze & Black Screen on PC,Fix WWE 2K23 won't start,Fix WWE 2K23 black screen,Fix WWE 2K23 crashes,Fix WWE 2K23 does not start,Fix WWE 2K23 Freezing
Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Turn Off "timed_game_update" in ini file
Step 3) Rename/Delete the Config.ini file
Step 4) Delete the save game files (This will result in loss of game progress)
Step 5) Change Windows Display refresh rate to 60 Hz
Step 6) Launch the game in windowed mode using config file
Step 7) Run these commands
net stop winmgmt
winmgmt /resetrepository
Restart your computer.
Step 8) Remove custom superstars from MyGM slots, disconnect Additional joystick, controllers. Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, if you have any virtual controller (Vjoy etc.), disable/uninstall them. turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt, Disconnect multiple monitors
Step 9) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 10) Verify the game files
Step 11) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 12) Try -dx11 or -dx12 in launch options.
Step 13) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder.
Step 14) Try running the game in compatibility mode.
Step 15) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 16) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 17) Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking applications, perform clean boot.

Step 19) Update your Windows
Step 20) Update System BIOS
Step 21) Press alt + enter, lower down resolution and graphics settings
Step 22) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive (Try SSD first)
