Step 1) If your game not launching with the message: Authenticating user with Epic Online Services then alt-tab out of the and look for a browser window/tab asking you to authenticate with your Epic Game Store account
Step 2) Delete the save game file, you will lose all the game progress, launch the game and turn off Razer Chroma
Step 3) Try -dx12 or -dx11 in launch options

Step 8) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 9) Verify the game files
Step 10) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 11) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder.
Step 12) Try running the game in compatibility mode.
Step 13) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings.

Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 14) Do a clean installation of graphics driver
