Fix Error Windows Could Not Start Xbox Live Networking Service On Local Computer Error 1068 The Dependency Service or Group Failed To Start
Step 1) Run Gaming Services Repair Tool

Step 2) Update Windows
Step 3) Update Apps in Microsoft Store
Step 4) Repair/Reset Xbox App
Step 5) Uninstall and reinstall Xbox App

Step 6) Uninstall and reinstall gaming services
Uninstall gaming service
Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
Install Gaming service:

Step 7) Install Xbox Identity provider
