Step 1) When you launch the game for the first time then wait for some time, it took around 5-7 minutes in my case to launch the game.
Step 2) Restart your PC
Step 3) Close the game exe in task manager if its there and try launching the game again.
Step 4) Close WeMod and anti-cheat programs like FACEIT Anti-cheat etc. or any other Anti-Cheat program
Step 5) Disconnect the controller, launch the game and then reconnect the controller once the game is up and running
Step 6) Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, close Firefox/chrome browser and third-party app, remove the undervolt
Step 7) Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, perform clean boot
Step 8) Try launching the game in big picture mode
Step 9) Verify the game files
Step 10) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode
Step 11) Rename/Delete the save game files (This will result in loss of game progress)
Step 12) Try -dx11 or -dx12 in launch options
Step 13) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 14) Do a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 15) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 16) Increase the Virtual Memory:
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram

Step 18) Update your Windows
Step 19) Update System BIOS
Step 20) If you are able to launch the game, as soon as the match starts, pause the game, go to options\presentation options\and turn off the superstar HUD, Try Windowed mode, turn off v sync and lower down graphics settings
Step 21) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive (Try SSD first)
